Der Markt hat den E-Heli entdeckt! Der sich in letzter Zeit andeutende Trend zum kleinen Freizeit- und Garten-Flitzer war auch auf der Spielwarenmesse deutlich spürbar. Von teureren Exemplaren bei Kyosho bis hin zum Graupner Micro Star 400 für sensationelle 249,- EUR (UVP) war alles vertreten. Einzig an die "90er"-Klasse hat sich bislang nur miniature aircraft mit ihrem X-Cell Fury Ion gewagt. Mikado setzt ebenfalls nicht auf die Großen; wie gut der neue 14-Zellen Heli ankommt, der zwischen die etablierte 10-12-Zellen und 16-24-Zellen-Klasse fällt, wird sich zeigen. Der Logo 14 ist jedoch eine solide, einfach und edel konstruierte Maschine, ausgelegt für ein Single-Pack.

At least in Germany there has been a lively trend towards smaller electric helicopters for fun and backyard flying. This trend clearly continues at this year's Toy Fair. We saw a more expensive heli at the Kyosho booth as well as the real cheap Graupner Micro Star 400 that retails for a sensational 249,- EUR. Minair was the only company that dared to introduce a "90-sized" machine, called the X-Cell Fury Ion. Mikado, too, went for the midi size; time will tell how people will like the new 14 cell helicopter (which falls between the established 10-12 and 16-24 cell class). But then, the Logo 14 is a simple, rugged and appealing machine designed for a single-pack.

Graupners Wolfgang Simon wollte uns nicht sagen, wer für die Konstruktion verantwortlich zeichnet. Nicht gerade smart, denn fünf Meter weiter bei Protech stand derselbe Heli mit Namen Zoom 400! Graupner's Wolfgang Simon refused to tell us about the manufacturer of this model. Not so smart, because a few yards down the corridor was the Protech booth showing the same model named Zoom 400!
Sehr clever: Kombinierter Haupt-/Heckrotorantrieb. Very clever: combined main/tail rotor drive.	Sieht auch gut aus! Als HeRo-Welle dient ein abgesägter Inbus-Schlüssel! Looks good, too! The tail drive shaft is a shortened Allen wrench!
Neuer Scale-4-Blattkopf sowie ein voll kardanisch gelagerter 4-Blatt HeRo mit Blattwinkel-Rücksteuerung (Delta-3-Effekt). New 4-blade scale rotor head plus a new 4-blade tail rotor hub with full cardanic suspension and delta-3-effect. Hier ist sie also endlich, die 2-Wellen-Turbine von JetCat. Wirklich schöne Konstruktion! Here it is at last: the JetCat twin-shaft turbine. Beautiful engineering!	Auch Graupner setzt auf Lithium-Polymer-Technik. Graupner goes LiPoly, too!
Kurzbesuch bei robbe: Der Eolo Spirit in der Pro-Version. Neu auch ein Hughes 300C-Rumpfbausatz. Moving on to robbe, here's the Eolo Spirit in the Pro-version. Also available is a Hughes 300C scale fuselage.	... und sein schnittiger großer Bruder Spirit L-16! … and its streamlined bigger brother Spirit L-16!
Hat ein schier unglaubliches Display: Der neue CDR5000-Lader für jeden Akkutyp. What a display! The new CDR5000 charger for any cell type!	T7CP, besser bekannt als Field Force 7 (FF7); anders als bei Ripmax gibt es sie von robbe in nur einer Ausführung, die sowohl für Helis als auch Flächen taugt. T7CP a.k.a. as Field Force 7 (FF7); other than Ripmax robbe will only ship one version for both heli and airplane use.
Gesehen bei Ripmax: Futaba bringt eine Flotte neuer Servos auf den Markt (S3151, S3050, S3010, S3305, S3107, S3150). Am interessantesten: Das S9254 als starkes HeRo-Servo; endlich ein vernünftiges Servo für GY-401 und 502! Ripmax displayed a bunch of new Futaba servos (S3151, S3050, S3010, S3305, S3107, S3150). Hot: the S9254 as strong tail servo; a reasonable servo for both GY-401 and 502 at last!	Akku-Spezialist GP (Gold Peak) ist noch skeptisch bezüglich LiPoly. Hier setzt man vorerst noch auf NiMH und NiCd. Neu im Programm sind absolute Mini-Zellen. Battery specialist GP (Gold Peak) is still reluctant concerning the LiPoly technology. For the moment they pursue the trusty NiMH and NiCd technology. Hottest new items are absolute miniature cells.
Thunder Tiger stellt unter anderem den Raptor 90 SE vor. Sieht gut aus! Thunder Tiger introduces among other things the Raptor 90 SE. Sure looks good!	Ebenfalls zu sehen bei TT: Eine ganze Ladung Sender, Servos, und auch neuer Motoren (nicht im Bild). Also seen at the TT booth: a whole load of Tx, servos and new engines (not shown in the picture).
